Joe and Shannon Cormier are passionate about reaching the lost with the life-transforming gospel of Jesus Christ and seeing their community impacted by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Joe is a graduate of Bridges Christian College and Seminary in New Orleans, LA, and an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He has a heart for discipleship and enjoys biking and spending quality time with his family.

Shannon is a graduate of Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX, and is ordained through the CFNI Ministry Network. A dedicated prayer warrior and mother of three - Abigail, Seth, and Nathan - she loves traveling and embracing the beauty of cultures around the world.

Together, they minister with passion, purpose, and a deep love for the Lord and for people. 

Travis and Sunshine Minnich are passionate about building the Church and seeing lives transformed by the Gospel. With a heart for ministry, they serve faithfully to advance the Kingdom of God.

Travis holds a Master's degree from BCCS and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He is a devoted husband and father who enjoys cycling and backpacking through the great outdoors whenever he gets a chance.

Sunshine, a dedicated mother of nine, has a heart for raising up the next generation. She finds great joy in homeschooling her children and actively serving in the church alongside her husband. Together, the Minnichs are committed to loving people, preaching truth, and pointing people to Jesus. 

Seth and Jessi Griffin are passionate about equipping students to live a vibrant life in Christ—one marked by love, joy, peace, and the power of the Holy Spirit. Both graduates of Crossroads Leadership College in Lafayette, LA, they bring energy, authenticity, and a deep commitment to seeing the next generation transformed by the gospel.

Seth is an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting with his dad and cherishes time spent with his family. His heart for discipleship and spiritual growth is evident in everything he does.

Jessi leads the youth worship team at First Assembly and serves in various roles throughout the church. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, her heart is to glorify Jesus. Her greatest joy, however, is found in spending time with her husband and their son, Jackson. Together, the Griffins are raising a generation of Spirit-filled, Christ-centered leaders

Felicia Stephens is a self-proclaimed “music nerd.” As a classically trained clarinetist, she earned her Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Music from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. As an educator, she taught both band and choir in the private and public sectors.
 
Felicia inspires others to love music by teaching music lessons locally, songwriting/releasing music, and equipping the next generation of instrumentalists and vocalists. Her greatest passion, however, is connecting others to Jesus through the conduit of music and song in a worship setting. Felicia and her husband Doug have four children; their family loves to travel and see God’s beauty in creation- especially in the mountains!

Naomi and Justin Holton both started following Jesus as young children and have been active in ministry their whole lives. They are passionate about leading kids to know Jesus and partnering with parents as they disciple their children - cultivating lifelong followers of Jesus.

Naomi is an alum of Southeastern University and a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. She loves investing in the next generation, not only at church, but at home as well, as she homeschools their four children. In her free time, she loves drinking coffee, crafting, and playing board games with family and friends.

Justin has a true servant's heart, joyfully jumping in to serve and support the mission of the Kingdom of God however he can. He is a true music fan. He loves going to concerts and spending time with family and friends. Together, they are committed to advancing the Kingdom and investing in the next generation - helping to make disciples who make disciples.

Shanna Glaeser serves as the Young Adults / Discipleship Pastor at First Assembly, where she is passionate about equipping the saints to walk in their God-given purpose and operate in the fullness of their calling. With a deep love for the Word and a heart to see believers grow strong in their faith, Shanna leads with both insight and compassion.

She holds degrees in English and Biblical Studies and is currently pursuing her Master of Theology at Bridges Christian College and Seminary.  Shanna is married to Stu, and together they have raised three children with a foundation of faith, love, and purpose. Her ministry is marked by a commitment to spiritual growth, biblical truth, and empowering the Church to live boldly for Christ.

Monica is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and holds a degree in Business Administration from Southwestern University in Waxahachie, Texas. She has a deep passion for prayer and a heart that overflows with love for her family—especially her precious daughter, Kristen. Alongside her husband John, Monica has faithfully served in various ministry roles over the years, including youth pastoring and leading a powerful outreach ministry that brought thousands to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. A beloved member of First Assembly and the staff, Monica is known for her steadfast spirit, compassionate heart, and unwavering dedication as a prayer warrior.
